Het is mooi geweest, aldus de zanger in een gepubliceerd Facebookbericht... 7 juli 2018 staat hij nog 1 keer in Nederland.

Zijn laatste studioalbum dateert inmiddels uit 2016 maar touren deed de de zanger nog veelvuldig. Het is echter niet meer de moeite waard voor Simon. Op zijn facebookpagina stond de duidelijke boodschap:
"...Het reizen en periodes gescheiden van mijn familie gaan nu ten koste van mijn geluk in het optreden..."
Hyde Park
De eerste grote show die aangekondigd werd was voor een concert in het Londense Hyde Park. Ook is een concert in Amsterdam inmiddels aangekondigd:
