Chasing Cars - Snow Patrol

De Ierse Schotten van Snow Patrol brengen 'Chasing Cars' uit als tweede single van het album Eyes Open (2006). Vele televisieprogramma's gebruiken 'Chasing Cars' als soundtrack. Ook is het de allerlaatste song die in het langlopende programma Top Of The Pops (BBC) te zien was.
